Affiliate disclosure
Some links on Sidecut Lab, in our newsletter and on our social accounts go to retailers' websites. If you click one and buy something, the retailer may pay us a commission. You pay the same price either way.
Articles that contain these links say so near the top. On Instagram, we mark posts with affiliate links or gifted products.
What commissions don't affect
- Our findings. They come from the published specs and test scores we cite.
- Which products we include. We cover the products in the data, whether or not we can earn a commission on them.
- Rankings. We don't sell placements.
Gifted or loaned gear
If a brand sends us gear to test, we say so in that post or article. Getting free gear doesn't buy a good result.
